How mail-in repair works.

1. Repairs are normally done on the same day we receive your phone. Any phone repaired before 2p is mailed back that day.  Total turn around is typically under one week. 2. If we receive your phone and are unable to make the repairs we promptly send your phone back and refund your account. 3.  If you're sending a phone in for a custom color please call before ordering to confirm that your color is in stock.
